Slept at the wrong time wrong place

My timing is all a mess.I cant sleep early the earliest i able to sleep is 3am.Why??Don't ask me i don't even know why..I'm just getting worry next year when my work start at 8am therefore i havta get up at 7am.Which now the earliest i could get up is 2pm..btw did i say the earliest.
Before Dec started i usually sleep the latest is 2am and the latest i could get up is 11am..still am rite..now its totally different already.

Yesterday at 3am oops its already am i should say today early in the morning 3am i cook noodles for myself to eat because i felt hungry.Lol.Enjoying my noodles while watching my DVD.Then i overslept at 6am at the hall.I'm not a bit worrying about my weight at that moment cause...something cross my mind..'49kg how much could i able to put on weight anyway..50kg..who cares..eat..sleep brings enjoyment..reduces stress frustration etc.

So tell me you guys what should i call that noodles that i ate at 3am..?? supper or erm breakfast..;).Sleeping at the wrong time and wrong place doesn't only brings negative stuff but sometimes help us ti reduce our frustration that how i took off my mind of my problem for awhile.For while is what i need...a break..
