My dad and sis...''exercising''..
My dad-once carry weight..have 6 abs b4..won third place on light weight competition..
My sis -she..don't havta say lar hardly eat...eat like..''rats eat more than her''..
THEY both often say these to me ''Renee u don't eat a day or two also nvm u need to lose weight..''..''che che r..u so fat u sure u wanna have dinner..??''..

I kau kau stress ady,..so as i could recall on Sunday i went karaoke then i go clubbing..so that day itself i dint really eat a plate of anything..stomach full of liquid..then Monday..i eat wantan noodle for lunch and i skip dinner..today i ate noodle for lunch then after work i havta attend night class..so i x time to eat so i skip again..after class that is now!!..'gastrick'..swt..roar..i dont even intent to go on diet also i can get gastrick if i really on diet how r..??roarrrrrr..i detest diet itself i detest that i have x time to eat..i darn miss public holidays..sob sob..;(
